The Malibu apartment is a modern vacation apartment in San Sebastián that stands out for its exquisite decoration and fantastic location.
It is located in the Gros neighbourhood, just 3 minutes' walk from Zurriola Beach, known for its fantastic waves for practicing the sport of suf.
The Old Town can also be reached in another 5 minutes on foot and La Concha Beach is 8 minutes away.
It has two rooms and the distribution of beds is as follows:
Room 1: a double bed 150 cm wide
Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 cm wide
It has two full bathrooms, both with showers.
As for the kitchen, it is equipped with all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, as well as all kitchen equipment: pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, etc.
In addition, it has a free high-speed WiFi Internet connection.
It has a single air conditioner and is located in the living room. The bedrooms are cooler than the living room and kitchen, as they are indoors. However, by leaving the doors open and keeping the air conditioner running, a very pleasant temperature is achieved throughout the apartment, even on the hottest days of summer.
