Villa ALIMAR is a spectacular three-storey property located in a quiet residential area of Donostia-San Sebastián. The villa is located just 5 minutes drive from the beach and the city center, and it has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It can accommodate up to 7 people in its 3 bedrooms (there is a double bed 150cm wide in each of the bedrooms, in addition to a sofa bed). There are 2 full bathrooms plus an additional toilet, a kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious and bright living room. In addition, it has a garden, a large roof terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the city and its surroundings, and a private indoor heated pool, which remains operational throughout the year. Wi-Fi Internet connection and private garage for 2 vehicles are included.

Casa fantástica y las olas de la piscina, increibles!!!

Espectacular la piscina climatizada. Está muy bien incluso en estos días de frío en donde la temperatura exterior no llega a 12º. Además, con las olas que genera se puede hacer un buen rato de nado.

El jardín muy bien cuidado, barbacoa increíble, terraza para comer y tomar el sol, todo muy limpio, vivienda nueva con todos los detalles, nos ha encantado, vacaciones de Semana Santa perfectas. |
